MARIA CARR, E-RYT 500

Maria Carr has been practicing and studying Yoga since 1992.  She began teaching Flowyoga in 1996 after completing an intensive year-long program with Kaila Kukla at the Flowyoga centre in Toronto. Her classes provide a non-competitive environment to experience the benefits of yoga to people of all levels of ability and experience. Yoga has become an integral part of her life and her objective is to share it with others.


STELLA FRALICK

"I want other people to know for themselves, the joy that yoga brings to life."

You will feel immediately energized by Stella's class. Her instruction will take you out of your head and bring you into your body. She will teach you through focus and practice how to control your body and emotions by controlling your breath.

Stella has been practicing yoga for 11 years. Her desire to share yoga with others led her to The Inspired Life teacher training program at Port Perry Flowyoga Studio, which she completed in February, 2011.


MIKE PASSMORE

"I enjoy the balance yoga brings to mind and body"

Mike has a passion for fitness. He enjoys running, cycling, triathalon and team sports. As a way to increase his flexibility, he started practicing yoga 8 years ago and now includes yoga as part of his warm up. Mike's favourite postures include the warrior series, which strengthen the legs and help develop focus and concentration.

Through Mike's encouragement you will discover new possibilities for yourself physically and mentally.


SANDI BACON

"I believe that no matter what stage you are in your life, yoga has many benefits to offer you. The calm and serenity that yoga brings to my life is invaluable."

Sandi's classes are both nurturing and strong and will have you floating out of the studio with a smile on your face. Her meditative style will help you stay focused on yourself and your practice. She inspires her students and takes pleasure in watching them progress.

Sandi completed The Inspired Life teacher training program at the Port Perry Flowyoga Studio in February, 2011.


REBECCA MACDONALD

"I love witnessing my fellow yogis as they experience positive change!"

Health and fitness have always been important to Rebecca. An avid figure skater for most of her youth she felt something was missing from her adult years. When she found yoga, a perfect blend of strength, relaxation and mind body awareness- she knew it would be a life changing journey. Rebecca has been practicing yoga for three years and completed yoga teacher training in 2010. She shares her passion for yoga and inspires those around her.
