DROP-IN CLASSES

GENTLE YOGA

Learn the components of Flowyoga in this gentle and deep meditation in motion. 

FLOW LEVEL 1

Combine breath and movement in this flowing sequence of postures that develops strength and flexibility. Practice breathing techniques to release tension and calm the mind.

FLOW LEVEL 2

Experience a deeper practice as you explore your individual edge.  Focus inward and connect mind, body and breath.  Strong mindful movement.

POWER HOUR YOGA

This power yoga is a fast paced, intense style of yoga with consistent flow from one pose to the next. It combines breath and movement for a very strong class.

 

YOGA FOR ATHLETES

This class is a series of progressive postures that will increase core strength, flexibility and balance. Suitable for men, women and athletes.


1st FRIDAYS KARMA YOGA
